Rocker Arm

Well after a few hours of riding today my bike quit running. You could hear a loud click when trying to kick it over. The first thing I thought was vavles, but after I got it home and tore it down I found that the needle bearing on the rocker arm was destroyed. I still have not found out why this has happened. I was wondering if anyone else has seen or heard of this.

that doesn't look like very much fun....if you need a new setup i have the whole cam support with decomp and rocker for sale for a 04-05 450r

I had that same tick,but mine sounded like a stop watch. Mine was under warrenty, honda replaced my rocker arm, HRC cam and I guess the bearings also. They told me the didn't know what happend but they replaced it and since I got it back its been running strong.

the problem was your 02 CRF Cam was working too hard to keep up with my Hotcams Stage 1.
