Help 450r Carb

I have a 05 trx450r i have a slip on HMF sport series i had a flat spot in the throttle low end so i put the Dynojet kit stage one I followed the instruction 116 main jet, new needle with clip on the 3rd one down from the top adn it came with a plug that you tap in on the airbox side but there is still a flat spot in the low end please help

You'll have to be more descriptive. "...flat spot in the low end...", could be lots of things. What throttle postion are you at when this condition occurs? Where is your fuel screw set? What does the engine actually do in the "flat spot"?

The flat spot occurs about 1/8 to 1/4 and the fuel screw was set at 2.5 turns like the kit said

It kinda bogs down and doesnt have power until you get past it then it picks up again

I'd focus you attention on the fuel screw/pilot circuit first. There's a post in the How To section that describes the procedure for finding the right setting/jet.

Does the condition get worse if you take your aibox lid off? Or if it's already off, does it get better if you put it on?
