motor is making weird noise from bottom end

[2004-400ex]

i talked to pappy and he said it could be several things
i wanna get several opioins before i start tearing it apart

its a loud vibration noise coming from the botom of the motor runs for about a minute then shuts off and clunks real loud,

i posted this in 400ex section a while ago and got no answers so i put it here
