I am going to get a slip-on exhaust and am wondering what is better? Hmf , White Brothers E-Series, or a Supertrapp I.D.S.-2 and, Why?

I picked WB just because I got it and love it! But also the HMF is a good pipe, and I don't know much about the supertrapp.

I went with the whites because I can adjust the pipe for sound... its getting worse at the Oregon coast ... 93Db is the limit for the federal sand...

The HMF is more for performance. This pipe puts out more horsepower unless you have the time to adjust the plates and everything on the E2 to dial it in to your quad and your riding.

You can adjust the sound on the supertrapp too.

HMF, proven performance results...and that's what I bought :ermm: Seriously though, it seems like whatever somebody bought is what they are going to suggest. I'm EXTREMELY happy with everything about the HMF slip-on though, and it makes me easily tell you to go with HMF.

They no longer produce the R4 pipe do they?
Does anyone know someone sitting on a bunch of these or where a person might still be able to get them?
I purchased another 400ex today and need one for it.

I AGREE! The poll speaks, 3 out of 4 people suggest HMF slipon over all the other options :eek2:

I definately feel like I made the right choice with all the support

I know supertrapp made a good slipon back in the three wheeler days but dont know about quads but I really like the price. I have also found the hmf for 199.95 and free shipping does anybody know where I can get it cheaper.

I had a supertrapp on my 250X's. Full System. I liked the tunability of it, and they sounded awesome.

Right now I have an FMF PowercoreIV2 that came off my 93 300EX. I won't complain

Just got me a 400EX and it has a WB E series on. Trouble is I have no spec info or tech details for adjusting. WB site also offers no info.
Can anyone help ??

Many thanks
