does that cylinder come with a head?

no, the cylinder already has a water rail and a powervalve assembly. It needs a piston and a dome.

I do still have the red maier plastics, but I sold the blue fulbores. The red plastics come with a seat, seat pan, good foam, omf seat latch, and quad tech carbon fiber hood. I lost you email address so if you would shoot it to me I will send you some more pics of the plastics.
