Stereo Help

Well right now i have a pioneer deh-8500mp in my truck...well the el organic screen went out....and i was thinking about another pioneer i was wondering if anybody knew anything about the pioneer deh-9800BT head unit because i wanted to get one for my truck...i wanna know if anybody has any good or bad things to say...

Pioneers are really good head units. I don't know why the display would've gone bad. If it's somewhat new and still has a warrnty I'd contact them. The 6800 is very good for the price. It's pretty much like the 9800 but without the bluetooth phone...If thats why you want the 9800 then get that one. But, the 6800 is really nice. ;)

idk why the display went out either, ive had the unit for 3 years now...and i was thinking about getting the 9600mp that is exactly like my 8500mp, but i dont want that kinda stereo anymore with the flap and everything....but im thinking imma go head and go for the 9800BT
