416ex part out

All prices are to be considered OBO but I am trying to be fair and offering most things at about 1/2 of what they cost me. I will make package deals if I can and you want multiple parts. Most things are in great condition as I was anal about maintaining my quad. I can also ship most parts but buyer will pay shipping. I'd prefer not to ship the large items like wheels/tires, frame and motor. I will also include any paperwork/warrenty stuff I have for parts when they sell. Quad is complete so if you don't see something listed and need it let me know. I will probably list more things as stuff clears out and I go through it.

Frame ATP racing gusset kit, Mirror Black powdercoated, AC Racing heal guards, AC Racing ProPeg Nerfs w/ Clean Florida title $550 Painted Subframe will be included but has the battery&tool box tabs cut off since I went with the alum. airbox that holds the battery.

The motor was built by ATP Racing Engines out of Apopka, Fla. and has 416 JE 11:1 piston, full port and polish, TC Racing MX cam, CRF 450 timing chain, new clutch with less than 5 hrs on it consisting of HRC frictions, steels and EBC HD Springs, head gasket was replaced about 10hrs ago. I will include the carb since it is perfectly jetted for the motor. Only issue with the motor is the clutch steels need to be pulled out and roughed up since I forgot to seat it good when I put it in so it slips just a little under WOT. $1200

Here's a pic of the Plastics and the bumper off. The graphics on the seat cover have rubbed off some from the inside but still look OK and there is a slight burn hole in the exhaust side from them rubbing on the pipe. Otherwise they look good.

Here's the sparks X6 exhaust. Unfortunately after closer inspection I guess I over jumped one to many times and the caliper nocked a small hole in the can. Could be fixed with some JB weld. The head pipe is in great shape though and I will recoat it before it leaves so it will look good as new. SOLD

It's not a Quad tech it's a Maier 250r hood. It goes with the front plastics due to the fact that they have been cut so it will have a good fit. They are a 3pc set-up just like the 250R.

Nerf bars go with the chassis as they have both been modified together. There are 7/8 tubes welded to the frame to allow them to be slid on individualy instead of pulling the whole thing apart. They will no longer work with a stock frame unless you can fab up some kind of mount for them.
