I am going to practice at a track tommorrow with my freinds and i have a stock exhaust, i want it to be loud and i dont know how to take out my baffle, if someone could please help me tonight that would be great. Any help is highly appreciated, thanks!
on ur exhaust there is 3bolts(allen), take them out, and remove the baffel(the long thing) and then put the cap back on and tighten it back up.

Thanks JRP, i took it off, i think it sounds better, a little bit high pitched, but better for sure.

you should not have to rejet..... it might feel a tad bit lean on the low end but I felt a difference in overall power.
very simple to do, and sounds great. might gain a little power too!
have fun bro..

i would also like to remove baffle and airbox lid but not sure where to start with jetting. 175 main sounds a little big for just those mods, but is that where i should start.

my buddy has an 06 and took the baffle out of his and it runs fine, but his valves are loose or something and u can hear them rattle. i dunno about a 175 jet but maybe a 160-155 but it might depend on what kind of air filter ur running.

Ive ran mine for a couple of days now without the baffle and it runs fine.
His valves are probly fine the 06's have a lot more engine noise.
