250r Quad-Tech tank cover??Help please..

I have a carbon fiber Quad-Tech tank cover and everytime I put on either my stock gas cap or billet one I tighten it as far as I can and then it go for a ride. Then the gas just starts leaking out of it.

Anyone else have this problem?? How can I fix this? It came with a gasket seal an I put that on the cap then screw it on and it still leaks.

used oem cap with seal it came with and played with it a few times...

If it happens again I think it can be fixed by putting down another gas cap gasket (get it from dealer)
