iPod help, videos but no sound?!?!?!?

Ok guy, I figgured out how to put videos on my iPod, finnaly, but they have no sound on the iPod:confused: , they have sound on computer though, PLEASE HELP!

umm, idk. how do i convert it to mp4.


i just put the movie on itunes, and right clicked and went to convert to iPod

Okay, so you used the iTunes converter, which sucks. First, delete the MP4 files that you got after you converted them with iTunes. Then, download the Videora video converter and try using it to convert the original files. After you're done with that, it should work unless you have a firmware issue.

I guess before you do any of that you should go to apple.com and get onto the iPod support page. You need to download the latest iPod updater and install it. Sometimes the firmware that was included with the iPod has video issues... Mine would pause about 20 sec into a video, then continue without sound... It fixed when I updated.
