lol, the zip ties are the only ones I had, They hold the plastic in place on that side. With black ones it wont look so bad.

The exaust was just a stock 450r head pipe, I made one cut in it. bent it a hair, then welded it. I used a 400ex scilencer.

Took me a cupple hours.

Did you paint the frame or is it powder coated?

I think I may tear mine down this winter and paint or PC the frame. It will be way to cold to ride so I think I will do some crazy mods.
