i personaly like cravens, i am about to ost a video of it on the myspace group. but there are PLenty of places to ride around here.

what kind of riding are you looking to do? tight trails, fast trails, open riding, motocross, mud? if you can think of a riding style i can tell you of at least two or three places to do it...

cravens is about at least a 4 hour drive from N.O. it is very fast and wide open trails (40 to 60 mph in some spots) there are a few tight sections as well. and their are tons of pit areas off of the sides of the trails to do some hill climbing, jumping and even one section that looks like it came straight out of the dunes. if your still interested ill pm you some mapquest directions, i dont want to post it up here because not that many people know about this place and i would kinda like to keep it that way hahaha.

another good place to ride trails is forest hill, they have a little bit tighter trails, but they go on for miles, if you plan on going there i would suggest that you bring a gps because chances are that you will get lost at least once... forest hill is probably 3 hours form n.o.

a nice free riding place is sicily island, i personaly have never been but i have heard good things about it, if i had to guess id say its maybe 2 1/2 to 3 hours from N.O.

like i said pm me for directions... and ill gladly message you a mapquest page to the exact spot ;)

My parents live in River Ridge, I have a house in Old Metairie and an apartment in downtown New Orleans. I won't have the apartment for much longer though. I am back and forth between River Ridge and Metairie though. Where do you live? and how old are you?
btw, my name is Scott.
