well i got home today from work and my dad takes me down to the ford dealer and i just thought that he was gettin somethin done to his truck like usual,and so me and mom are sittin there and a mustang gt pulls up and stops and so me and my mom go out to look at it cuz we both have loved mustangs forever and then my dad comes up and says happy early b-day robbie. i was like HOLY ****! i cant believe my dad bought me this,my dad is the best! well i thought i would let know guys know what a great day i had today!:D i will get pics up soon!

thnx guys,im just waitin for my dad to get home with it cuz hes out trying it out,but when he gets back i will take pics,no this isnt my first vechile,i had a 2003 ford lightning which i sold about four months ago to pay for my grandpa's knee replacement,and so for the last 4 months i have been driving a tahoe which isnt bad,but now i have my new car! :D and by the way my lightning i paid all 18000 for it,haha believe me im not one of those kids that gets everything handed to him

Nice ride. Wish I had one right now. I think that would look sick with those stripes. Wait till you get that exhaust, you'll love that to. How did you like the lighting you had before you got this? I was looking at one but couldn't find one with low miles that was in good shape. Is you stang a manual or auto?

thanks,when compared to the lightning i would have to say i like this better,the interior is ten times nicer,and its rides more smoothly. But when it comes to down to power the lightning has it beat for stock vs. stock,but you really cant compare it cause one the lightning has a supercharger and one doesnt,but if i had the choice between the two i would pick the mustang,a few lil performance parts on it and it wil just as fast as a lightning,and the mustang is stick,haha if you buy that type of car you have to get it in stick,getting it in auto just defeats the whole purpose lol

yep its fully loaded, its a 2006 mustang gt,haha and my dad even got the shaker 1000 watt stereo system in it,and let me tell you,sounds like your right at a concert,yes i know im very lucky,i must have thanked my parents at lest a 1000 times so far,but both my parents both like the car and driving it so all of us will get to use it which is good,haha they had a auto one sittin there also,and the dealer let me take a ride in it real quickly to see which one i wanted,manual or auto,and the auto wasnt bad at all,just i figured if im gettin a mustang is gotta be stick so thats what i got! lol,and plus i just the like feel of stick better,but thanks everybody on the comments:)

Thats awesome man. I had been saving money for a couple months before my birthday thinking i was going to get an older XJ. Well a couple days before my 16th birthday i asked my dad to take me down the road to look at a jeep. He said "why would you want that old pos?" then gave me the keys to my mom's old 2003 f-150. I thought he was kidding but its mine. I dont think ive ever been that happy.

Man that is a nive car!! my story if you dont mind me giving it....I paid 3000 for a 2000 isuzu Hombre on my B day not what i wanted at all but i needed a truck for my new job well last week my parents decided that it was time to get my mom a new vehicle and iwanted her truck real bad 2001 Ddoge dakota 4 door 4x4 v8 leather the works lol and when i found out they were getting a new car my mom walked up to me and goes give me your keys and she handed me the keys to her truck and they are gonna trade my little truck in for her new HHR which i am really thankful for........ congrats on your car too are you into street racing at all?

Congrats! Very nice car MoToX199. It makes me happy to see it's a GT, and not a V6 too. Enjoy it, but be safe. Those things can get away from you in a hurry, no matter how good a driver you are. And BTW, my grandparents bought me my first truck ('95 Chevy C1500 W/T 4.3L), so like everyone else said, don't listen to people who try bashing you because your parents buying it for you. Remember to be appreciative of your parents and let them know it!

Hondadudeehhhh nice truck,i really like the 150's there a nice truck,haha yea mike ill race you,you can see my nice shiny ford gt symbol on the back :D , i like f-350's,i actualy had one and i sold it,but my dad has one,he has the 2005 with the new 6.0 diesel,all i can same is danm,for a truck like that its fast! but thnaks everybody for the comments im glad everyone likes it:) if you guys would like,i could take more pics of it if you want,just let me know!
