450r stock carrier in Roundstyle yfz swinger??

Just wondering if this will work? I have a buddy that got an aftermarket roundstyle swinger for his 04 yfz and i was going to give him my 04 450r stock carrier to try in there.. Does anyone know if it will work? i heard that 250r/400ex ones will work..
