yep, the main reason i take them out because all my stuff for racing goes were they are, and i dont want something to puncture the speaker or anything

I would trade....I have heard of people taking the stuff out in the winter, due to the cold weather not being good on the voice coils..but putting them in just for the winter...

might as well leave em out year round, or just get protactive covers...
