I have heard Hotcam's aren't the best but probably the best cam for the $$. Other cams are much more expensive and require a core I think.

The best cam is the HRC cam but it is very expensive and hard to come by, the best for the money is prolly the hotcams

I went with hotcam mostly because it was inexpensive and there was no messing around with a core exchange.

webcam is a good cam. they are also a drop-in cam like the hotcam

Webcams are good cams. But they are hardwelded so hardwelded rockers are highly recommended. Also, there is a core charge on Webcams 400EX cams.

Good cams, but not exactly "drop-in".
