are we only allowed to pick one back and the front is already a decided design? or will there either be a design on the back of the shirt and if we pick the front only a design on the front?

for the first 2 the fronts are blank. and the last one the back is blank

i pick the first one...but i think in the front in the middle you should have the logo printed small

#3 and #1. Put together into one. You should make the 3rd one small and put it on the front of the 1st one like on the top left by your shoulder.
