Does anyone have the instructions or can tell me what kind of adjustments can be made.

I have a 400EX and just installed the 450R shocks, Besides the 2 screws that seem to adjust the from Soft to Firm,, what about adjusting the top of the shocks,, the springs

on the bottom on the shocks there will be screws, there for rebound, i think left is less rebound and right is more rebound...

you got the right is more/left si less, but its dampening. right makes the shock return slower and vice-versa (sp.). same with the top screw. (compresion) right makes the shock compress slower and the opposite... the spring is mostly just for ride hight on the stock shocks. for mx i used a high (right) rebound, slightly higher (right) compresion, and lowered the ride hight by turning the two rings upward. ask if you have any more questions.

leave the two rings on the top of the spring alone, leave the top screw alone or adjust it slightly to the left, and for the bottom screw turn it to the right three or so clicks. hope that makes more sence.
