Oil Question!!

What viscosity oil are you running???I was gonna run 75/90 gear oil in the tranny side and 10/40 on the motor side.My buddy had his motor built by Baldwin and was told same 10/40 on both sides?Just want to know b4 i change my oil again!!I will be using the Amsoil!!!

I run 10W40 on both. No problems.

I run 10w40 in the motor side and Honda Gear Oil in the tranny side. Either way you do it is ok as long as you dont run oil with molly in the tranny side.

Yeah i will be running the Amsoil full synthetic oil safe for clutches.I run it in everything!!!Just wanted to be sure i was using the right weight!!It will be 10/40 on both sides then!!!

For my first 3 oil changes I ran 10-40 Belray in both sides for break in. But I just bought 2 cases of Amsoil 10-40 so I will be using that in both sides from now on =)
