well i do mostly trail riding and some jumping... i wanted to no if it would be a waste to buy a arms since i mainly trail ride... im going to get elkas for the front and and keep the stock rear.... my second question is should i get the axcaliber axle or just get an axle that extends just one length since i dont race???

I am strictly a trail rider. I didn't liken how my EX two wheeled in the corners. I installed some Houser +1+1/2 a arms, added some Works triple rate front shocks, and then put on the Lonestar Axcaliber axle. It was like having a new quad. It's like it rides on rails through the trails now. Two wheeling in the corners is a thing of the past.

Well if you have the Money for A-Arms I think they would be worth it. Most XC Racers get +1 A-Arms and then get Offset Rims to put the Front back to Stock Width. Now they do that just for the extra Travel. If you have a lot of Money get a Long Travel Setup. Some Houser Long Travel A-Arms and Long Travel Quad Rate Elka`s.

Get the axcaliber axle it's adjustable.. On a side note I've got the exact setup your lookin for and I have no problems in the trails..

Get the Elka Triple Rates with Comp. Adjust and SSD. Those are around $725 for the Fronts. For the Rear you can just get the Rebuild for around $300.

Ball park figures here...

A-arms $500
axle $300
elka's $750

Make sure to call the quadshop or marcums ATV for your best prices,,,they will be lower than everyone else..:D

I have just the Front Shocks because for XC Riding/Racing I don`t see the need for A-Arms until your up big time in GNCC`s. I like them a lot. If you just get the Shocks it actually helps make the Front End Wider. So for XC I don`t think A-Arms are needed at the start, but for MX they are.
