cam chain help

i ned to put a cam chain in a z400 and i have to know what to do. whats the best manual for a z400 and were can i get one?

you can get one form alba action or your dealer. i just replace my cam chain about 2 weeks ago. i called in my mechanic and he came over with this C-clamp lookin thing with different attatchments for it. it broke both chains, attatched them and pulled the new one threw. then broke the chain again and attatched them. very easy if you know what your doing.
