whats my engine worth?

this winter i'm going to swap out my 440 engien for somthnig a little more hi tech, and i'm wonderign what i coudl get for my engine mods include...

1999 400ex low hours
wiseco 11:1 comp. 89mm piston
ported & polished
keihin FCR39mm carb
hotcams stg.2
gt thunder HD head studs
stroker sx1 exhaust & header
hinson HD 8 plate clutch kit
all the electrical for it to run.

runs great was just rebuilt 06/18/06, i'll run it this season and put it up fprsale in the fall.

how much shoudl i ask? i just want an idea so i can plan my swap.

check around ebay to see what the engines go for on there

i was looking last night and their was one out of a 2004 low hours, all stock buy it now for $1200. to me that seems a bit high for a stock 400EX engine, if i got that much i'd be more than happy.

anyone else got anything to say?
