it is going to be a major guessing game from here. i would put shims in and then measure. then go up or down as needed.

Of the shims you took out, the smaler ones were probably the intake side. You just put the shims in, measure with gauges, then take the difference from the measurement to the tolerance and add that to the shim size you had in when you measured to figure out what you needed. I hope that wasn't to confusing. In the manual there is an equation to figure it out.

You need a feeler guage if you didnt already know that bro.

buy yourself a fealer gauge kit.

intake: 0.16+-0.03mm
exhaust: 0.28+-0.03mm

you cant just put the stock shims back in beacuse the cam is a diff grind.

you can try the stock shims as a starting point though....

If you can't read what's on the stock shim, you will need a mic, or put in a Hot Cam shim, read it, and adjust.

For you buddy, take it to a dealer ship and give them your shim kit. Make sure you get everything back though. Play around with your quad some other time, when you have the time. You don't want to do new things in a hurry. Otherwise it sounds like you're pretty clueless. Do you have a manual?
