what is the best thing to do for more power out of my girlfriends 2002 250ex. I know a K&N Filter and pipe, but what pipe. And is there anything else. what have you guys done

As far as pipes go, you do not need a complete system for this small engine. A slip-on from white bros, pro-circiut t-4, or hmf are all in the same price range with very little power difference between them. Powroll has just released a bore kit. I just hope for the $340.00, a lot of torque is gonna come out of that 3lb. box I got. But if you have anymore questions let me know.

what was $340??? How big is the bore?? Can it keep up with a 300ex

i have a '02 250ex that has a T-4 Complete Exhaust and a K&N jet kit. i love my T-4. it adds ALOT more low and mid range punch. i'm not sure of the top-end power increase, but it's awesome for trail riding (both technical and the wide-open stuff). it's got a nice sound to it too. i'm sure a bore kit would make it rev a lot faster too. now if only someone made a rev box for it.......
