How well do these mount up...how much do you have to grind down...and also how well do these perform on stock 400ex aarms...thanks to whoever helps me out!!

Im running a set on my 300 with stock a arms work great hag to get relocator bracket and grind a little on the bottoms no much I paind $180 for mine and they were brand new takeoffs

You might be better off buying wider aarms, they'll be stiff. Also take the yfz shock and the stock shock to a machinist and have him machine the YFZ shock down to the same size as the 400s.

I would have a machinist grind them down as far as the 400ex shocks. That may take to much off. But you will have to grind alittle off the top and sides of the mount with a dremel.

I paid 180$ shipped for a set of 450r shocks that were in great shape so that sounds fair to me.
