Well, I gota say I love my ltr but... EVERYTIME i race it bolts keep loosening up [sometimes falling out]. I have been taking bolts out one at a time and blue lock tighning them . Just wanted to fair warn everyone in advance ,keep your eyes peeled for this ! It could get DANGEROUS :eek2:

put some lock tite on them and use a lock washer too, mabye that will do the trick.

Locktite if you plan on not trying to get it off again for a while...Anti-Seize also seems to help a little sometimes.

I use red locktite. Sometimes silicon.

they are only hard to get off if u use red loc-tite. make sure you use blue. i have it on every bolt

This is very true, red locktite is semi-permanent. Some of the cheaper bolts will actually break instead of comming out. The blue works great and won't cause you a bunch of trouble when it comes time to tear it down,

i just lost some bolts also the one that holds the foot well to the sub frame and foot pegs after a hard days ride.
locktite is the best option when my honda /suzuki shop doesn't have spare bolts just used the ones off of my 300exs heel guard.

Has any body taken of the foot wells and does it make the rear fender to floppy?
