Off the show room floor? What is it? 30? The ex i'm lookin at has an edlebrock carb (are they any good?) and a White Bro's pipe. What's the estimation for horses here?

Yep. The dyno charts I've seen for a bone stock 400EX are usually right around 28hp +/- 1hp.

with a pipe and carb with proper jetting i would estimate probably bout 33 +/- 1
