I can't get this quad running right, I can only start the qaud by drift starting it and it will idle some times. When i ride it cuts out or just bogs out past half throttle and now theres a little drips of fuel that come out of the over flow, so im thinking my pilot/air jet are clogged or the needle is bad causing to much fuel or my float is bad but it was never changed or messed with?

Please some body give me some tips

take it apart and clean it....try that for starters...thers no way a carb to go bad...just clean the parts that makes the carb a carb

Like Halter said, there's every chance in the world the carb just needs to be disassembled and cleaned.

BTW, carbs (or more specifically, the parts that combine to make up the carb) can and do wear out. Needles, slide valves, floats, float needles/seats, etc. can wear over time to the point they are no longer servicable. Usually takes a while though...
