adjusting stock shocks

i have an 2001 400ex and im wanting to adjust my shocks to lower it down, i do not have the tool

i used a screwdriver and a hammer...

Get something to hold the front end up and greb a hold of them and turn them which ever way you want them. With no weight on the front end, you dont need the tool, just a good grip ;)
