I'm wanting to pick up some new rims for my '05. I ride 50/50 sand & trails. I really like the look of beadlock style rims like the ITP T-9 pro bajas. Is there any issue running these in the sand as well as the trails? Also, I'm confused on sizing. I've read some posts that say to use 9x9's...? Would that be the best size and what other dimensions are important?

By sand, do you mean dunes? If so, you want two sets of rear tires--knobbies for trails and paddles for dunes. Front dune tires are nice too.

ETA: Oh--wait. I see you've already got paddles....nevermind.

Any help on rim & tire sizing for trail riding? Any pitfalls or sizes I should avoid?

You can use yous stock rims for your trail riding tires but you might want beadlocks for your paddles cus wen you run the low pressures the beadlocks stop your tires from spinning on the rims.

Hope I helped;) :D
