465EX Race motor

I sold this motor to a buddy of mine in January. I'm selling it for him it was just recently gone thorugh by Extreme tec Atv.
He bought a LTR450 while he was waiting on it and parted out his 400.


Custom 92mm JE piston
Custom aluminum sleeve / nickasil coating
Carillo rod
Falicon balanced the crank
Megacycle X2 cam
Ported head oversized intake valves
hardened rockers, shorter valve guides , ti retainers
Heavy Duty Cam chain
Lightened flywheel
Hinson 8 plate clutch, hinson basket, hinson inner hub, hinson pressure plate, and the hinson quick change clutch cover. All the hinson stuff is about 1500 new.
Motor is coated with Artic black heat dissapating paint

There is easily $3500 in this motor and runs with moderatley built 450s

That pictures from it being in mine last year, I sold those peps back in november. He never did get it in his. Motor just got done and he decided to part the ex when he got his LTR450 in april.
