how do i remove the ring gear from the clutch basket

my clutch basket is broke so i need to remove the ring gear but i dont know how to do it,so if anyone can help i would appreciate it

either drill out the rivets or grind them off

I use a 4" angle grinder and grind them flush with the backer plate. Then pop them out with a punch.

thanks for the help the grinder was my first thought but i wanted to make sure i didnt ruin the gear
