Where is the best place to purchase jets? I just bought a 250R and its jetted wrong. It has a 38 mm Air Stryker carb and ESR pipe and silencer and the previous owner burnt the piston after the pipe upgrade. The motor is now rebuilt and I want to jet it right. I saw ESR has billet jet boards for 45 bucks, is that as cheap as they get?

Try your local dealer/parts shop,Keihin main jets are about $5 a piece, give or take, not sure on pilots. Also, check your carb to see what you already have in there for a starting point.

Try www.denniskirk.com

I've ordered kits from them before for my LT250R. They have a good selction. Also, maybe www.pro-flo.com. I ordered my Airstryker from them a few years ago. I think they had a good selection for a decent price.

I'm not sure, but I thought the 38mm Airstryker was from a KX250 (at least that's what my bro has on his - dunno if it's stock). I would get the kit for the KX if that's true.

You can find them on eBay, I'm sure.
