Adjusting 400ex Shocks

Ok im sorry i've searched on here but I have not one clue what to do what so ever. At the mx track im finding im bottoming out quite a bit but and i want to stiffen the suspension but I have no clue where to start or how to even adjust it. The front shocks are at the notch all the way to the right so any help would be appreciated thanks.

I think im going to get some 450r shocks for mine and ill let you know how i like them.
