Can somone post pics of their Rad Lock nut when it is installed. I am a lil bit confused.

not a perfect pic, but here you go. i've been really impressed with the RAD lock nut. has never loosened up on me.

I alreday have the lock nut i just can't figure out how to put it on. When i take the old one off. Do i get rid of the old snap ring. The golden ring that came with the lock has one side that has a groove in it . Does that side with teh groove go towards teh caliper or towards the tire.


Do i keep the threaded part of the old lock nut

yes, you definitely need to keep the sleeve or threaded part and the snap ring. the open part of the ring that came with the nut will slide over the snap ring and the flat part will butt up against the nut when you tighten it. remember, the sleeve is reverse threaded, so you'll have to turn the nut counter clockwise to get it on the sleeve. also, i would clean the sleeve up real good, just get the dirt and crap out of it. let me know if you need any more help.

I have no clue, the rear end came loose one day at the track and it was shot.

This is what I got now.:D ;)
