Need help Urgently

Ok heres the situation, my air filter fell off when i was quading and i didnt know about it. Im pretty sure that i sucked in some dirt or sand or whatever. Is there anything i can do to flush out my engine. Im gonna drop the oil and oil filter and put new stuff in, but is there anything i can do to make sure no debris is in my engine. Thanks

remove the carb and clean it and all intake tubes thourghly.

if you sucked dirt the damage is done. but its a 400ex, it will be fine:p

I've already cleaned the carb and intake ports, but now when im in the higher RPM's its bogs and pops. Any ideas?

disassemble and clean every jet and doubole check everything. a small grain of sand can cause alot of problems

This actually happened to my brother and he had to rebuild his and bore it out:ermm: Hopefully you didn't get much in there but clean the carb and try to do all that you can.
