I can not decide what to buy the lrd pro 4 exhuast system or the TC shorty slip on what whould you guys do

the lrd is a bit quieter if that makes any difference to you, if it makes you feel better i've seen a lot of race quads with the shorty:)...i've never used either pipe but my friend has a the lrd and its sounds cool just not sure of the power differences

I am not sure what the exact DB for the LRD is but it is comparible to my HMF so I'll say 105. The TC is somewhere around 115db. Although this may seem like a small increase when we are dealing with such big numbers, but an increase of 10db is a doubling in the sound. That means that db numbers increase exponentially.

Basically, the TC is too F'n loud unless you race closed course (and in a lot of cases it is still too loud)

ya the lrds run in at right around 102 and with their quiet core u should be lookin' at about 95. my perf. shop said they're haed pipes crack though.

i would much rather run a lrd pipe then tc just because of the sound... its too much and its louder then 115 dbs...
