IMO, 48 pilot is going to be too big, try 45, and if you end up more than two turns out on your fuel screw, go up to 48. 180 main sounds way too fat for an FCR, I would start with around a 165, or the HRC size 162.

But then again, we would need to know all your mods (pipe, cam, etc.) to correctly attempt to give you ballpark jetting specs...

45 pilot
160 main no lid,hrc tip
CRF needle
runs like a champ in the warm weather.on the cooler days (canada) I put my lid on but it is full of holes(18)around the out side.and that is perfect for those days.if I had the HRC kit a 165 main I would try first. My 2 cents.:D

I have a 45 pilot, and 172 main with a yosh slip on HRC Kit and no air lid and she runs flawless.

What I'm saying is that with the mods you are listing, you will be jetted too rich. Similiar to what others have said, I would start with a stock pilot (42), 55 leak, and about 160 main. I can't tell you where to start your needle because I don't know which needle they are selling. Luckily, with the exception of the leak jet, you can change out all the jets without taking the carb off. I love working on this carb, it's so easy to rejet as long as you have the right tools.
