i have a buddy thats gettin a new yamaha wolverine. i havent heard much about em, what do you think about them? they look like a half/half between a ute and a sport?

slow my friend had one he would tap it out and i would be in third gear on my 440 they sux for speed but theyre pretty fast in the woods though

i HATE them

they arnt "sport" 4 wheelers

they are utility without racks

because there was a 350, and there still is, i believe the 450 is new

They're alright.

I raced an '01 350 last year

The suspension sucks for anything remotely rough.

They're a little unstable in corners(hard corners)

They try to nose down like hell when jumped...you HAVE to pull up.

Depending on the size of the rider, they're actually more nimble in the air then expected.

They sound a little funny when worked real hard.


....Conclusion? Probably shouldn't race it...but they're a decent bike for trails.
