2005 450r jetting

i have a Rossie Exhaust that i but on and have but a k&n airfilter on my 450r and i was wondering what size of jet i should put in it.
thaey sent me a .150 jet but is that what i need for it and where do i need to move my clip on my needle at.

i just look at the jet that rossier sent me and they did not send the main jet they sent a slow jet and it is a .50

Im runnin a 175 main with a fatboy4 k & n pro flow set up, if that helps any
