wrong! it will do much. a 416 will give u prolly 4 more HP

The best set up im my opinion is go with a 426, stage 2 cam and go to WWW.SERVICEHONDA.COM and get an 04' 450R carb. that is like $400.00 and you still have money to pay a tech to bore and hone. ebay has the cheapest stuff just search for "400ex big bore kits" and some ebay store i think "pro action motor sports"
the 426 can be either a "JE" or a "Wiseco". that is what i am doing i allready have the carb on my std. bore 400ex and it is aaawwwwssome, I would also go with a larger oil tank. and maybe some racing valves while your top end is open, the chromly ones that i have cost $156.99 but i am going to get titanuim racing valves when i open up my top end again those ones cost $226.00

You can easily get a cam, and big bore, with all of the labor for $500. JMO
