Smokin!! need help!

after i rode my Z400 i noticed that it was smokin hardcore!
White and it smelt like somthing burning it was comin out of the exhaust. i check the oil level and it wasnt even showin on the dip stick. is it oil buring or a value or did i fir somthin? i let it seat for about an hour and fired right up but didnt smoke when idling but when i put on the gas it began to smoke! any ideas on what i showed do????

after u ride it there wont be any oil showing on the dipstick because of the dry sump lubrication. wait like 24 hours n check it then. the oil is prolly not the prob. my smoked after i changed out my coolant, r u short on coolant? take ur radiator cap off and make sure ur radiator is topped off and u have enough coolant in the reservoir. if u dont have enough then thats probly ur problem. hope this helps!

do a compression test, it sounds like you fried your rings maybe.

White smoke is antifreeze you might have a head gasket problem
