Alright I just got my pipe filter and jets in today and I am going to re jet it but I dunno how. I pulled the carb off but I dunno if I have to re calibrate the TPS and I dunno where to pull the jets out of and I am planning on putting a 180 main jet in it, but whats the procedure for this, and help please!

TURN THE GAS OFF
1. Loosen the the clamp where the carb and the airboot meet. Then loosen the clamp where the carb and the engine meet.
2. Tilt the carb so you can see the bolt on the bottom of the carb.
3. Take the bolt out, it is a 17mm. Let the gas drain.
4. Look up in the carb from the bottom and you will see your main jet. It is a 6mm. Take the jet out.
5. Put the new jet in. Be sure to start it straight or else it will mess up the jet because the brass is a very soft metal.
6. Tighten everything back up

You may have to mess around with the air fuel mixure to get it spot on.

if your just changing the main jet you don't have to take the carb off jsut unscrew the 17mm bolt out and then take the jet out, it's not centered in the hole. Hope this helps:macho
