I am looking at a new rear end for my suzuki z400. Looking at a houser swingarm, then sending off ther rear shock to GTthunder and getting the rear shock kit, with spring, vavlving and a linkage for $385 i think. I race cross country. this a good deal? Then for front shocks gona have to go with a company cause my fronts arent rebuildable on an 04 model. thanks

I had GT Thunder revalve and spring my rear shock off of a 400EX. I also bought the linkage for MX Racing and I can tell you this, they do a fanstastic job.

I had my friend who is a pro rider in AZ take my quad out and he said it was one of the best suspenssion set ups he's ridden in a long time.

$385.00 is a great deal if you ask me. Just the cost of buying a new shock is going to set you back $650 to $1000.00 depending on what you get.

Laz will set your stock shock up to work just as good as if not BETTER than some aftermarket shocks. I have his rear link and revalve on my 450 and I can say that it is one of the best riding rear setups I have ever rode.

If u could get your hands on a set of 05/06 shocks and then send those off to get redone that should come out to being cheaper then buying totally new shocks!

I just sent my rear shock to GT to get redone...I should have it here by next week and I'll let ya know how it handles the MX track.

I think you're going to like it a lot! I just had mine tuned up for my style of riding and I can't believe the differance!

My rebound and compression is awesome now. I just fly through the whoops and I have yet to have a bad landing. My rear shocks soak up so much of a bad landing I can't tell half the time.

GT Thunder Shock service gets a hell yeah from me!
