twist to thumb throttle on a crf/400ex Please help

450r-crf450 thumb throttle ? Please help
Can somebody please help me,I have a twist throttle on my crf450.I want to maker her thumb throttle.Now,I have a 400ex thumb throttle and cable(coming soon) will this work?I think I have read somewhere long time ago that I need a 450r cable and housing because it bolts up.But is a the 400ex and 450r throttle cable the same or diffrent?Can someone tell me so i can make her work.Thanks

there is a certain honda part number that will work, its said that a yfz450 and trx450r cable fits them also. The cable for fcr carb works too, wherever they get them too.
