how do u remove ball joints!

How do u separate the a arm from the joints there!I took out the screw but it doesn't come off!:mad:

get a punch (brass) and put the nut on the end of the ball joint screw so u dont mess up the threads. and then put the punch there, and wack it with a hammer.. ill work wonders;)
