No clue how i did it but sub frame is f-up......can they be straightened?

If its on the battery side its a common problem. We streightened ours out a couple of times. It bends again. Aftermarket isnt much better. We made an airbox with the battery mounted behind it. Fixed problem

so how did u straighten it?

Took it off, put it on a concrete floor, got some blocks of wood and a sludge hammer a few beers a friend and hammered away.

I think you should use gloves and not much beer
