I am ordering a new T-4 today. My question is do I need any other parts other than a few new main jetts to try? Does it fit right in using stock parts or do I need to order clamps and gaskets? Does it slide together nicely or does it require some shucking and jiving to get it to fit?

The fit is perfect and you don't need anything special to install it. The pipe comes with a rubber o-ring where it connects to the stock header and shouldn't need anything else.

If I was you, I would also up the pilot to either a 40 if you leave the choke on, or up to a 42 if you plan on taking it off or already have it off, but other than that it is a perfect fit!

i just put mine on a week ago....it is very easy....we didn't have insturctions (it said it came with it)....the only thing is if you don't have instructions make sure you pull the rubber thing out of the grab bar that connects the stock pipe to the grab bar....then slip the metal thing in the hole....(lol what i said is very confusing)

i called pro circuit also for the jetting and they said that you need a 158 main and a 58 pilot....pro circuit must of been on crack when they said 58 pilot....i don't get it....i am just going to try a 58 pilot anyways...but i'll probly end up with a 42 pilot....

dont even bother with the 58 pilot, 40 or 42 will do you good. I run the 40, and it runs real strong.
