Oversized Valves

Does anyone here have oversized valves? What kind of improvement do these make?

I know that Mity Mo has 1 mm larger valves. The more air you can get into that cylinder the better. I wish I would have done it when I had my head work done. But for more info you would have to PM him. ;)
