aftermarket shocks will ride alot better, the stock shocks are stiff and can be bouncy.

shocks that are set up for you and your riding style will be 100 x better, less fatigue and the ride will be more smooth.

Just like Colby said, new aftermarket suspension that is set up for you and your quad will be a world of difference. Colby recently helped me out with my suspension purchase and I'm loving it. I'll be riding mine and then switch over to my dad's stock 400EX and I can't stand it - so bouncy and rough and it wears you out.
